No petrol will be available in this state without a helmet from today, know how long the rule has been applied

The government has put in place a number of regulations to prevent people traveling in two-wheelers without a helmet. But despite this, people do not follow this rule. Keeping this in mind, Kolkata has banned taking petrol without a helmet (no helmet, no petrol). This rule has been re-enacted in Kolkata from today. This time the rule will be enforced for 60 days. This government rule runs from December 8 to February 5.

Plans are in place to reduce accidents
Through this campaign people will be made aware of wearing helmets. Under the order of Kolkata Police Commissioner Anuj Sharma, many motorcyclists riding without helmets and those without helmets are required to witness many incidents and violations of rules have increased with leaps and bounds.

Let me tell you, the Government has made several changes to the Motor Wheel Act in the past few years to prevent accidents in India. If the rules are violated there are chances that the vehicle will be liable to heavy RC forfeiture. In addition, everything from vehicle insurance to a pollution certificate is mandatory.
