NZ vs. AUS: New Zealand defeated Australia by 53 runs in the first T20, Devon Conway and Ish Sodhi

In the first match of the five-match T20 series between Australia and New Zealand, New Zealand performed superbly and defeated Australia by 53 runs. Batting first, New Zealand scored 184 overs, losing 5 wickets in 20 overs, thanks to Devon Conway’s 99-run innings. In response, the Kangaroo team chased the target and scored 131 in 17.3 overs. Chasing a target of 185, Australia started off badly and the team lost their first four wickets by scoring just 19 runs. He scored an unbeaten 99 off just 59 balls with 10 fours and three sixes. In the last over, James Neesham led the way with a brilliant innings of 15 balls and 26 runs.
