To make the milk peda, first heat the ghee in the skillet, add the sugar and milk, and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves. Once the sugar has dissolved, slowly add the milk powder to the pan and stir continuously so that the pellets do not form. After this, add a little bit of milk powder and continue stirring. When the pan mixture starts to drop, add the cardamom powder to it. When the mixture comes together after two minutes, remove it from the flame and let it cool.
