RET 2021: Rajasthan writ notification and NCTE guidelines challenged in court

REIT 2021: The Writ Release issued on January 11 and the Guidelines of the NCTE 23 August 2010 are being challenged in the High Court. In the application, the basis for allowing only BSTC holders to be made by BETC holders is not included in the writ level. Reit’s release, which described the NCTE guidelines as unconstitutional, was said to be inappropriate. The hearing is scheduled for next week. The petition filed on behalf of Lubna Fatima was made by the Central and State Governments, including the NCTE President and RET2021 Coordinator and others. Attorneys Kaleem Khan and Geetesh Joshi said that instead of adding BED holders to the REAT 2021 level, the BTC holders are included in them.
