South Africa have been announced for the four-match T20 series against Pakistan. Team captain Temba Bauma has been ruled out of the T20s due to injury and Heinrich Klaassen will replace him in the ODI series. The first match of the T20 series will be held on April 10 in Johannesburg. Prior to that, Pakistan won the three-match ODI series 2–1.

Bawuma has hamstring tension, which is why he is out of the entire T20 series. Bauma suffered this injury while batting in the third ODI. Rasey van der Dusen is now recovering from his injury, but he has been given a place in the team. Dwayne Pretorius does not fit into the series, which is why he is not included in the team. Reza Hendrix has withdrawn her name from the T20 series due to the birth of her first child. Adam Markram, Andile Feluquao has been retained in the T20 squad after the ODIs.

Quinton Deacock, Kagiso Rabada, Enrich Nortje, Lungi Angidi are part of IPL 2021.
