Producer Sajid Nadiadwala has presented the award for Chichor to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Chichore recently won the Favorite Bollywood Movie Award at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2020. This information was shared on Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house Nadiadwala’s grandson’s official Twitter account.

We are proud to have received the Favorite Bollywood Movie Award for Chichore. Along with Sushant, the film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Naveen Palisetti, Prateek Babbar and others. The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari, director of ‘Dangal’ fame.

In the film, Sushant Singh Rajput plays the role of Anirudh Pathak alias Anne, whose son Raghav attempts to commit suicide after passing an engineering entrance exam. He thinks people call him loose, so he jumps out of the building to finish his life, but saves his life. Aniruddha tells his son Raghav the story of his college days, when people called him and his college friends losers. Shraddha Kapoor plays Sushant Singh Rajput’s wife Maya Kapoor in ‘Chichor’. The film proved to be a super hit at the box office.
