Shivraj government endorses bill against Love Jihad, imprisonment for 5 years, fine of Rs 25,000

After Uttar Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chauhan’s government has stepped up its efforts to enforce law against Love Jihad in Madhya Pradesh. Declaration before conversion
According to the proposed law, the District Magistrate of the district to which the conversion is to be issued in advance of the conversion of free will to the person who wishes to convert and to the clergy or the person who intends to convert is bound to issue a declaration.
