Shocking Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, Bombay High Court refuses to cancel FIR

Her sister Priyanka has been withdrawn from the Bombay High Court in connection with the case of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The court has refused to cancel the FIR filed against him. However, the FIR has been canceled by the FIR against Rajput sister.

Ria Chakraborty, accused of the death of actress and Sushant, filed an FIR against the sisters of the late actor. Two sisters who challenged the same FIR contacted the Bombay High Court and demanded that it be abolished.

On September 7 last year, Emperor Rhea filed an FIR at the Bandra Police Station in Mumbai. Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh, Mitu Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar were convicted in the FIR. According to the FIR, Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh received a fake prescription from Ram Manohar Lohia’s doctor Tarun Kumar at a government hospital in Delhi. Doctors prescribe without seeing and talking with mentally ill Sushant. According to Rhea, this is against the Telemedicine Act 2020.

Riya alleged that Shashi was prescribed on June 8 and that Sushant committed suicide on June 14, so sisters Priyanka Singh, Mitu Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar also allegedly committed suicide.
