Actor Shweta Tiwari’s husband Abhinav Kohli has once again denied all allegations of family violence in his marriage and claims the former Bigg Boss winner used his own daughter, Palak, against them.
Abhinav was arrested in August 2019 after he filed a complaint against Shweta and charged with domestic violence and harassment. Abhinav claims that Shweta has done him a disservice and refrained from meeting his four-year-old son Ryansh
Describing his big fight last year, Abhinav said The Times of India said, “The matter started two days before the event. I said Shweta Bachchon Ke Nam Kabhi Bhi Property Mat Karna With Bache. Haw na ha ba ko budhe hoh par ghar se bahar nikal dte hine (Shweta, never transfer property in the name of children – I mean both palak and reyansh by children – because children grow up and expel their old parents). It was on a lighter note. Suddenly, Palak was offended and began to quarrel with me. Shweta was brainwashing me saying I don’t like her boyfriend. He’s a good boy. And I don’t like her boyfriend, as Palak has this in mind. She told the white man during the argument, you know what the mummy is throwing him out of the house. Adding that he was shocked to see such behavior by the girl he grew up to be his own daughter. Abhinav said he was “shattered and badly hurt.”
“The next day there was a heated argument over whether or not Riansh should have Maggie. It was so bad, Shweta started to taunt me. She was angry at the maids and everyone else. The fight was dirty at the time. He called the police and they arrested me for teaching me a lesson. It was a treat for me, ”he said.
Abhinav said that he took care of his son while recovering from Shweta Kovid-19 and while filming for his show. He accused Shweta of not allowing Riyansh to meet him and said, “My son Ryansh has been missing since Sunday (October 25). I don’t know where he is. He has been with me for 40 days all the time. I have been chasing Shweta on the phone since Sunday, and I have personally gone to her house, but she is not meeting or taking my calls. In fact, she has blocked me. It has been five days, I have not seen my boy, I have not heard his voice. I have tried in every way possible. I went to her sets, but at least I see my son. I recorded the video to keep the proof of our recording, but she didn’t say anything. My message was sent to her on her sets but she didn’t respond and disappeared with the baby. Suddenly, he disappeared from my life and I am dead to him. They have been with me for the past 40 days. ”

Shweta left Abhinav in August last year. Speaking to the Indian News Live months later, she called her marriage with him a ‘toxic infection’. “There was an infection, it was hurting me badly. I had it removed. People thought it was my hand, part of my body, but they had to understand that it was toxic and I had to get it out. And now, I’m healthy again. Don’t think I’m trying to paint happy, I’m really happy, ”he said.
Shweta tied the knot with Abhinav in July 2013. Palak married Wicheda in 2007 after nine years of marriage to her daughter, Shweta, from her first husband Raja Choudhury.
