Petrol Diesel Price Today 6 July 2021: On the inflation pitch, nowadays, the general public is sweating with petrol and diesel batting. In Rajasthan, out of 111 runs, petrol is unbeatable, while diesel is out of 100. In most states, petrol costs Rs 100 per liter. However, today both petrol and diesel are quiet. After May 4, petrol will cost Rs 9.54 per liter, while diesel will cost Rs 8.57 per liter.
Today there is some relief news on rising petrol and diesel prices. Government oil companies today have not changed the price of petrol and diesel in Delhi. On Monday, the day before, petrol prices were increased by 35 paise a liter, but there was no change in diesel price. On the previous Sunday, the petrol price was 35 paise higher while the diesel was only 18 paise higher. Earlier Friday, the price of petrol only increased. Petrol at Indian Oil Pumps in New Delhi on Tuesday was priced at Rs 99.86 per liter, while diesel was priced at Rs 89.36 per liter.

India purchased 1 million barrels of crude oil from Guyana
India has first purchased 1 million barrels of Lija Light Sweet Crude from Guyana, bringing diversification in petroleum products. The cargo was taken from the Lisa Destiny FPSO for Indian Oil Corporation Limited and reflects the growing bilateral relationship between the two, the Indian High Commission in South America said. India buys most of its oil from Gulf countries. It is estimated that the shipment of crude oil from Guyana will reach the port of Paradip on August 6.
The High Commission said this crude oil purchase reflects the increasing bilateral cooperation between India and Guyana.
Petrol and diesel rates will thus be increased
Once excise duty, dealer commission and other items are added to the price of petrol and diesel, its price will double.
