Eight IAS officers have been given new responsibilities after the 2020 Assembly elections in Bihar. Six officers have been transferred. While waiting for the post, Senthil Kumar has been named Commissioner of the Kosar Division. Currently, Safina is in charge of the Commissioner of the AN Kosi Division.
Additional Chief Election Officers Balamurugan D, Gopal Meena, Sanjay Kumar Singh and Ranjita have been transferred, according to a notification issued by the General Administration Department on Sunday. Balamurugan d. Bihar is the Rural Livelihoods Project Director. He will be in charge of the Special Secretary of the Rural Development Department and the OSD of the Disaster Management Division. Gopal Meena has been made special secretary in the small water resources department.
Sanjay Kumar Singh has been appointed Planning Director of the Bihar Education Planning Board. He will be in charge of the OSD as an additional in disaster management. Ranjita has been appointed labor commissioner in the Labor Resources Department. He will be in charge of the Bihar Development Skills Mission as Director, Planning & Training and Additional Chief Executive Officer.
Inspector General of Excise Commissioner Vinod Singh Gunjial has been transferred as the Director of Animal Husbandry. Amarendra Prasad Singh, who was waiting for the posting, has been appointed special secretary in the industrial department. He was earlier Managing Director of Badko and has been suspended after entering water in Patna. Director, Animal Husbandry B.B. Kartikeya Dhanji has been made Commissioner of Excise and Inspector General of Registration. He also sits with the Managing Director of Brewrage Corporation.
