Honda two-wheeler India has announced the hike in the price of its vehicles in the Indian market. The company’s decision to increase the price of affordable passenger motorcycle shine and SP125 from the country’s best-selling scooter Honda Activa has also increased. However, apart from raising the price, no other changes have been made to these vehicles.
The entry-level variant of the company’s legendary scooter Honda Activa 6G has now risen to Rs 70,716, up from Rs 69,479 earlier. At the same time, the Activa’s DLX variant has risen to Rs 72,461, up from Rs 71,225 earlier. In addition, the price of the Standard Limited Edition has increased from Rs 70,979 to Rs 72,216. For the Limited Edition DLX variant, customers will have to spend Rs 73,961, which is Rs 72,725.

What is the scooter:
On the Activa 6G, the company used a 109.51cc air-cooled engine that produces 7.68bhp of power and 8.79Nm of torque. On the other hand, on the Activa 125, the company used a 124cc capacity air-cooled engine that produces 8.18bhp of power and 10.3Nm of torque. Both scooters sell well in their segment.
The company has increased the price of the Activa 125. The price of its entry-level steel drum brake variant has risen to Rs 75,084, up from Rs 74,120 earlier. On the other hand, you will now have to pay Rs 78,752 for the alloy drum variant, which was Rs 77,788 earlier. Its top alloy disk variant has previously risen to Rs 82,256 from Rs 81,293.

These bikes are expensive:
Along with its scooter, Honda has also increased the price of two passenger bikes, the Shine and the SP125. The price of both these bikes has been increased to Rs 1,236. The entry level drum variant of Honda Shine has previously been priced at Rs 73,004 and is priced at Rs 74,240. At the same time, the price of the disc brake variant rose to Rs 79,036, up from Rs 77,800 earlier.
At the same time, the price of the drum variant of the SP125 rose to Rs 78,453 from Rs 77,217 earlier. In addition, the price of the disk variant rose to Rs 82,748, up from Rs 81,512 earlier. On both of these bikes, the company used a 124cc capacity single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 10.74 PS and 11 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 5 speed gearbox.
