-400g cucumber

How to Make Thai Cucumber Salad
To make a Thai cucumber salad, first cut the cucumber peel and cut into slices. Now put the cucumber, chopped tomatoes and onions in a medium sized bowl and set aside. Now to prepare the salad dressing, put the pan in a medium saucepan, add sugar, water, Thai sweet chilli sauce and apple cider vinegar. After mixing all the ingredients in the skillet, turn off the gas and cool it for 5-6 minutes. Now add chopped cucumber, tomato and onion on the prepared salad dressing. To decorate this salad, use roasted peanuts and cilantro. Your Thai Cucumber Salad is ready to be served with food.
