Private sector steel company Tata Steel has gifted its employees a bonus. The company said it would pay a total of Rs 270.28 crore to its employees as an annual bonus for the financial year 2020-2021. According to the statement, an agreement has been signed between Tata Steel and Tata Workers Union for annual bonus payments for the financial year 2020-2021. The company pays a bonus to qualified employees of all applicable divisions or units. The minimum bonus payable is Rs 34,920 and the maximum bonus is Rs 3,59,029.
