According to the new laws, those who work in contracts or work under a third party are scheduled to receive a larger compensation. In this, such provisions are made so that the person working in the contract cannot be paid. After a meeting with the government, trade unions and industry, it was agreed that only the major employers, i.e. companies, would ensure full pay.
PF and ESI facilities
Employees are advised to make rules to ensure the management of facilities such as PF and ESI. With the new provisions, the government intends to prevent the company from claiming that the company can no longer provide facilities such as PF and ESI to contractors or third-party employees.
