The government has decided to separately release the academic calendar of the upcoming session 2021-22 after the UP board’s interim exam results are released. However, the upcoming academic session will start on July 10, according to a pre-defined academic calendar.
High Chief Secretary Higher Education Garg informed the government of the decision by sending a letter to the Director of Higher Education along with the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of all the state universities in the state. Aside from the first year of graduation, it is clear that the admission process for other classes begins according to a pre-defined academic calendar.
Due to the delay in interim exam results, the first year admissions process may be changed. In previous years, interim testing has been conducted until February or at least March 15. The study was interrupted by a corona crisis and this time it is likely to be tested between April and May. The test schedule has not yet been announced.
The government is targeting all state universities to complete all exams by May 30, 2021 and declare test results by June 30. In addition, dates for conducting clinical and written tests are also proposed. However, conducting tests according to this program is no less challenging for universities. The written exam of the odd semester is asked to be conducted between February and March, and the annual semester and annual written exams are scheduled for May. Currently, preparations have begun in all universities according to this program.
