RJD-Congress claims SC-ST: Modi
Former deputy chief minister and MP Sushil Kumar Modi said that the panchayat elections in Bihar should not be held for 23 years and that there should be widespread publicity that reservation of SC and ST in the same post in 2001 was constitutional. Well, the RJD-Congress has the responsibility to deny them.
