The BSP MP said – Congress itself is weakening in opposition, killing us too

The first phase of the Lok Sabha budget session, which began on January 29, was completed on Saturday. The second part of the budget session will start on March 8. The meeting was adjourned to the lower house on Saturday after the Finance Minister responded to the budget and passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill and raised issues of public importance during the euro zone.

BSP MP Maluk Nagar on Saturday accused the Congress of not playing the role of the opposition, saying that even the oldest party in the country is weak and is killing us too. City and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who participated in the debate on the 2021 Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill in the Lok Sabha, went to the House to speak as a professor when discussing the budget, but a reply to the Finance Minister’s words did not exist here.

“I will ask Congress to play a better opposition role,” he said. The Finance Minister said the Congress was not playing the role of the opposition. They are making themselves vulnerable. We are being killed, we are being blamed. The city supported the bill and said that the rights of the poor, the Gurjar Bakarwal community and the Dalits have been taken away for the past 70 years, and are now being given to them.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said the meeting was adjourned till 8 pm on Monday, March 8. The second phase of the budget session will start March 8 and run until April 8, according to a pre-scheduled event. Thanks to the President’s speech in the first part of the budget session in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded. In addition, the FY2021-21 budget was discussed.

Finance Minister Nirmala Seemaraman replied on Saturday. The House passed the Major Port Authority Bill, 2020, Arbitration and Reconciliation Amendment Bill 2021 and the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill 2021. However, in the first part of the budget session, the performance was disrupted in the opening week due to the commotion of opposition parties, including the Congress and the DMK, over three new agricultural laws. According to a predetermined schedule, the first phase of the Lok Sabha was scheduled to be completed by February 15. However, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha has decided on the basis of the consensus among the leaders of the various parties in the Business Advisory Committee that the first stage of the Lower House Budget Session will be completed on Saturday, February 13.
