To be able to fill in the income easily
So far most people seek the help of a tax expert or CA to file an income tax return. However, the help of CAs or tax experts is not readily available in villages and towns. Many people submit ITRs online, but there is a fear of technical difficulties associated with taxation. In such a situation, filing an ITR for people in small towns is no less difficult. If the post office does not start the service will be of great benefit to them. They should be able to fill their income easily.
