Farmers have been campaigning in Delhi for the past eight days against agrarian laws passed by Parliament. They are demanding the repeal of the laws and they are stuck on the border of Delhi. Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar reached out to the science hall to talk to farmer leaders about agricultural laws. Here, during a farmer’s break for a meeting with Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar at Vidya Bhavan, the government ate the food that was distributed instead of the food.
About 40 farmers have reached the science hall to speak with the government. One peasant leader said, “We are not taking government-provided food or tea, but we have brought and distributed our own food.”

Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said the government is constantly discussing with farmers before negotiating with farmers. Fourth round of talks today and I am expecting a positive result. On the other hand, Shravan Singh Pandar, the general secretary of the Kisan Mazdoor Conflict Committee, said there would be no amendment in the agricultural laws and there was no other way than to repeal the agricultural law.
Tell us that farmers have been coming to Delhi for the past 8 days and trying to protest, but this time they have not been allowed to do so. Most of the way to Delhi is sealed.
