Jeep India today unveiled the new facelift model of its famous SUV Compass. The company has previously demonstrated the SUV. Decorated with the most attractive looks and strong engine capabilities, the SUV is priced at Rs 16.99 lakh. (Ex-showroom, Delhi) is allotted. The company has made some changes in this new SUV that is better than the previous model.
The biggest update to the new Jeep Compass is seeing in its cabin and features. It features a redesigned dashboard and a large 10.1-inch touch screen infotainment system that can be connected to Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Furthermore, materials with premium quality soft touches have been used.
The company has also made minor changes to the outside of this SUV. Now this SUV is available in the new Ga dark green, which is more aggressive than the previous model. It features a large chrome finish 7 slot grille with slick-looking LED headlights and daytime running lights. The company has also changed its front bumper.
It has features like ventilation seats, wireless charging, digital instrument cluster, 360 degree parking camera. The new Compass is available in the market with a total of 7 colors including three new colors (Techno Metallic Green, Galaxy Blue and Bright White). As far as safety is concerned, it has features like 7 airbag, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic braking system (EBD), brake assist, terrain modes, hill assist.
The company has not made any changes to the Jeep Compass engine. It used a 1.4-liter multi-air petrol engine and a 2.0-liter multi-jet diesel engine. The SUV is available in the market with a 6-speed manual gearbox, a 9-speed torque converter and a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox. It is offered in a total of four variants, including Sport, Logitude, Limited and Ace. Its top model is priced at Rs 26.76 lakh.
