– Congenital heart disease with PAH or idiopathic PAH.
– Previously treated with CABG or PTCA or MI and hypertension or diabetes, complain of coronary artery disease.
– Treatment of angina and hypertension or diabetes.
– Treatment for diabetes (more than 10 years) and hypertension.
– In the last two years, hospitalization has been required for acute respiratory illness.
