OnePlus has chosen a new color variant of its popular smartphone, the OnePlus 9 Pro. The new variant of this phone is white. The company has posted a new color variant video of this phone on Weibo. At the time of its release, the company had launched the OnePlus 9 Pro flagship smartphone in three color options – Morning Mist, Pine Green and Stellar Black.
The matte finish is used on the phone’s body
When watching the teaser video, it is assumed that the white color variant of the phone is a matte finish. The company may soon launch this new variant in China. Nothing can be said for sure as to how long the company will make the phone available outside China.
The limited edition is the new color variant
The white version of the OnePlus 9 Pro is manufactured using special double layer AG technology. According to the teaser video, the matte finish on the phone protects the body from finger finger prints and spots. The company has introduced a new variant to celebrate the eighth anniversary of its flagship series. This white variant of the OnePlus 9 Pro is a limited edition and the company makes only a few of its components.

The phone has a 6.7-inch QHD + LTPO AMOLED display with 3216×1440 pixel resolution. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset is offered as a processor on this phone with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, this phone is offering quad camera setup with LED flash. It has a 48-megapixel primary camera with a 50-megapixel secondary lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor.
The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera for selfie. To power the phone, it has a 4500mAh battery that comes with 65W warp charging. The phone also features 50W wireless charging.
