Tata Tiago comes in second
Second in the category is the Tata Tiago hatchback. In June 2021, Tiago’s 4,881 units were sold. In the same month last year, 4,069 units were purchased. This is the safest car in its category. The vehicle gets a 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine that produces 84bhp and 113Nm of torque. Its price is Rs 4.99 lakh.

The Renault Quid was third with 2,161 units sold in June. In June 2020, 2,441 units of quid were purchased. This means that at the annual rate, this hatchback sales are down 11 percent. The Renault Quid comes in two petrol engines. It has 799cc (53bhp and 72Nm) and 1.0 liter (67bhp and 91Nm) engine options. The car is priced at Rs 3.32 lakh.
