The inflation of SUVs among consumers in the Indian car market is growing. They all love it because of their boxy looks, premium features and ability to walk the hard way. Car manufacturers are constantly releasing new products in the form of SUVs. Recently, France’s leading automaker Citroೆn has released its C5 Aircross SUV. Here we are telling you about some of the new SUVs coming soon in the Indian market.
1. Hyundai Alcazar
Hyundai recently introduced its new car Hyundai Alcazar, which can be launched in May. The SUV comes in 6-seat and 7-seat designs. It can be said to be a larger version of the Hyundai Creta. The company has given it a 2,760mm long wheelbase, about 150mm higher than the Creta. It is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol (159 hp power and 192 Nm of torque) and a 1.5-liter (115 hp power and 250 Nm of torque) turbocharged diesel engine.

2. Skoda Cusack
Skoda Cusack is expected to start competing with Hyundai Creta and Kia Celto next month. The company built it on the MQB-A0-IN platform. The same platform is used in Volkswagen’s upcoming SUV Tiguan. It gets the engine options of the 1.0-liter turbo and the 1.5-liter turbo petrol. It is equipped with a 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic and 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
3. Mahindra XUV 700
Local car company Mahindra has announced the launch of the new SUV XUV 700 soon. It sits between the current model XUV500 and the Alturas G4. It will have the first of the segment features, a more powerful engine and a better look. It will be larger than the XUV 500, get a new 2.0-liter turbo Mstallion petrol and a 2.2-liter Emhak diesel engine.

4. Tata HBX
It will be Tata’s mini SUV, which is eagerly awaited. The car will probably arrive in May. This is the company’s second car to be built on Tata’s Alpha platform. Earlier, the company also built Tata Ultraz on this platform. Like the Tata Ultras, the Tata HBX can also come with immense safety features and 90-degree opening doors. This car can get 1.2 liter naturally aspirated and 1.2 liter turbocharged petrol engine.
