Former Australian all-rounder Tom Moody has returned to Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise team Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Moody has been part of the team’s management for seven consecutive years, but in 2020, England’s world champion, Trevor Bellis, has been named head coach. Moody’s will be SRH’s cricket director and Bellis is believed to be the team’s head coach.

Moody had previously been SRH’s head coach for seven years, but Bellis was named the team’s coach in 2020. It is believed that Bellis will continue to coach the team and Moody will take on his role as cricket director. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has also prepared for the team.

RCB appointed Simon Katich as head coach and Mike Hesson as director of cricket. SRH is the most successful team led by Moody, who won the IPL title in 2016 and was runners-up in 2018. Moody has served as the director of cricket for the Melbourne Renegades in the Australian domestic T20 tournament Big Bash League.
