Method of watermelon peel pudding-
To make watermelon peel pudding, first take the hardened part of the watermelon peel, grate it and place it on a plate. Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it and let it heat up. When the kadai is hot, put 2 tablespoons of ghee in it. When the ghee is melted, stir constantly and cook the grated watermelon for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when the pudding is cooked, mix the sugar in it, then let it cool slightly. Now the kadai should be cooked for a while without baking. Now turn on the gas on the other side and place the pan to heat up. When the pan is hot, grease half a teaspoon of it and spread it around. Now stir in the skillet and stir fry for a while. When it is cooked well and it looks ready, then turn off the gas.
In the meantime, you have to stir the kadhai of the halwa. Leave the mawa to cool slightly, that is, after about 5 minutes of turning off the gas, it should now be mixed with grated pudding. After mixing both the ingredients in the pudding, mix the cardamom powder and cashew nuts together. Now stir and cook for 5 to 7 minutes then turn off the gas. The watermelon peel pudding is ready.
