TVS Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 will be expensive again, know the new prices here

TVS Motor Company recently increased the price of its popular bikes Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180. After the price increase, the initial price of the Apache RTR 160 has now risen to Rs 1,03,365 (drum break base variant). Previously the price of this variant was Rs 1,02,070. Similarly, the disc brake variant of the bike is priced at Rs 1,06,365, up from Rs 1,05,070 earlier.

Apache RTR 180 New Price

Speaking of the 180cc Apache RTR 180, this bike comes in just one variant. After the price change, its price has now risen to Rs 1,09,565. The price of this bike is Rs 1,08,270. Please tell us that all these prices are ex-showroom Delhi. The price of both the bikes has been increased by Rs 1,295.

This is not the first time the company is raising the price of both BS6 models. Earlier in August, both bikes were priced at Rs 1,050. Also, a few months ago (June 2020), the Apache RTR 180 and RTR 160 were priced at Rs 2,500 and Rs 2,000 respectively. Apart from TVS, Hero, Bajaj and other companies also tell us that the price of their vehicles has increased since April 1st.

Engine capacity of both bikes

Other than the restructuring of both bikes, there have been no changes in features or engine. The TVS Apache RTR 180 bike has a 177.4cc single cylinder, oil cooled engine that produces 16.3 hp of power and 15.5 Nm of torque. Similarly, the TVS Apache RTR 160 uses a four-cylinder engine with a single cylinder of 159.7 cc, producing 15.1 hp of power and 13.9 Nm of torque.
