The letter of appointment cannot be stopped in the name of a government employee’s letter check. Candidates will be given an appointment letter after taking the self-declaration form. Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari issued this order to the staff department on Thursday.
The role and antecedents of the candidates selected for any service in the Uttar Pradesh Government will be reviewed as before, but the letter appointed for review will not be stopped. The Recruitment Authority will issue a letter of appointment from the candidate who takes the self-declaration in the prescribed form in the prescribed form. If misinformed, their appointment is canceled. Verification procedures should be done in six months. Upon receipt of the notice of review and if there is no objection to the facts given by the candidate, the formal formal appointment letter will be confirmed.
If the review is not received within six months, the Recruiting Authority sends the case to the Director General of Police, requesting to submit a review report within three months. Even after receiving the report, the home department is sent to the government for verification. The appointing authority gives the candidate the opportunity of a full hearing. If not found at the hearing, legal action will be taken, cancellation of the appointment and declare him ineligible for state service. In any case, if the Appointment Authority is of the view that the candidate’s appointment is in a vacant position or requires a pre-verification from a security standpoint, the appointment will be issued only after review. The Administrative Department may request an exemption from the Department of Personnel by providing pre-emption. The Department of Personnel will seek permission to exempt the Chief Minister from examining all the reasons.
