The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to a number of posts. Through this process of recruitment, many posts of deputy secretary level are filled in many ministries or departments. According to a notification issued by UPSC, all these appointments will be on contract basis. Candidates can apply on or before May 03 through the medium stated in the notification.
