Madhulika Singh, Joint Director of Secondary Education, Finance and Accounts, Prayagraj Division has accepted the offer of teaching free coaching. However, the government has promised to pay one thousand rupees for this work. But Madhulika Singh has agreed to provide free education to the poor children.
