Vineet Raina on testing positive for Covid-19: We’ve to behave responsibly, get tested

The moment Vineet Raina tested positive for Kovid-19, he immediately blocked himself, telling his neighbors and the people he came in contact with. The actor took to social media to share the news, as he believes one has to act responsibly at such a time.

“Fortunately, I have no fever. I have cold and mild throat irritation. I had similar symptoms in July, when I was tested but it was negative. This time, when it happened again, I was thinking about getting tested, but I knew when I lost my sense of taste and smell, ”says the actor, who is now recovering in medical care.

Ishq Mae Marjawan says that people should not ignore any health related issues and immediately check themselves as different people are getting different symptoms.

“Fortunately I am eating properly, taking vitamins, drinking water and exercising. That’s why things have been great so far, ”he says.

Raina is still not clear on how he got infected, because he wasn’t shooting or helping his home to come home.

“I usually go for a walk, jogs and buy from a local vendor and they need support at that time. And I follow all safety protocols. I have about four friends, we don’t meet very often and none of them are infected. Nobody knows what they’re getting, ”he says.

The actor, who was last seen on the TV show Mere Goodia this year after being terminated by an infectious disease, said: “Imagine how much I would have been infected if I had gone with my life ignoring the flu. We must act responsibly, look after each other, check in on time, and take needed medical help. With no treatment so far, these are the only ways we can control the spread of this virus. ”

Meanwhile, the actor was planning to visit his family in Jammu but he did not take a chance as his parents were getting older. Not well with him now, his parents and brother (living in Gurgaon) wanted to fly to Mumbai. “But I have stopped them. I cannot take the risk. My mother is very worried, trying my best to calm her down,” she says.

However, Raina intends to start work as soon as she gets better. “We can’t work at home. This virus is here to stay, the mask and sanitizer have been a reality for at least a year. So as soon as I get better, I start planning and deciding on a plan, ”he concludes.
