Yogi Minister says Film City uproar in UP continues – When we say Bollywood is being taken

Amid political turmoil in the proposed Film City in Uttar Pradesh, Yogi government minister Shiv Sena chief and Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray has retaliated. UP Minority Welfare Minister Mohsin Raza said that while the Shiv Sena and NCP were attacking, it was pressuring Bollywood through the underworld.

Mohsin Raza said the cinema was handed over to the underworld. Many filmmakers, producers and actors want to leave Mumbai and come to UP, but they are threatened by the underworld. While we are saying Bollywood is taking over, UP CM Yogi Adityanath is just offering a good system to make films, ”he said.

Let us tell you that Uddhav Thackeray on Tuesday said he would not let anyone from the state do business. He made it clear that Maharashtra is not jealous of anyone’s progress if it is in fair competition. “We are not jealous of anyone’s progress,” Thackeray said. We have no trouble if someone competes and makes progress. But, if you want to take something forcibly, I won’t let it happen and you (the industrialist) don’t like it.

Taking Film City elsewhere is not easy: Sanjay Raut
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said on Wednesday that relocating Mumbai’s Film City to another location is not easy. The film industry is also big in South India, with film cities in West Bengal and Punjab. Will Yogi Ji also visit these places and talk to the directors / actors there or will he do it only in Mumbai?

Nobody can destroy the status of Bollywood: Nawab Malik
NCP leader Nawab Malik said Chief Minister Yogi was talking about building a movie city like Bollywood in UP. But people go to other states to understand that Mumbai’s 100-year-old status in Mumbai is over. No one can ruin the status of Bollywood.
