Correct the errors in the vaccine certificate as follows
For this, first go to the Covin portal www.cowin.gov.in.

Sign in using your 10 digit mobile number.

>> Go to Account Details.

If you get the same dose of the vaccine, then there is an issue button. Click on it.

>> Click on Correction in Certificate.

Click on the information below that you want to correct. Keep in mind that only two information can be corrected in name, birth, year and gender and only one time change. In such a situation, when making changes, fill out all the information correctly.

Click Continue.

After this follow the specific steps and your details will be updated that will start appearing on the final certificate.

You can download this certificate from the COWIN website or the Arogya Setu app. In this certificate, a 13-digit beneficiary ID is issued, which provides information about your vaccine details. When did you get the dose, what vaccine dose was applied, what health authority gave you the vaccine and where did you get the vaccine dose.
