The second phase of counseling, which will begin on December 2, will take place in five districts. All levels were awarded in Lucknow, Bagapat, Varanasi, Mau and Ghaziabad in the first phase. In addition, in some districts, recruitment will be held only in certain positions.

In the district distribution of 31277 candidates released on October 12, all 150 posts in Lucknow, 230 in Varanasi, two in Ghaziabad, 98 in Bagapat and 200 in Mango have been given. The selection process has also been completed in these districts. 979 candidates are listed in the first list for 990 seats in Prayagaraj. Of the remaining 11 vacancies, 8 vacancies remain vacant due to unavailability of ST candidates. So in Pragya Raj, only three candidates will be selected for counseling. There is counseling for each candidate in Geetambud Nagar and Meerut.

District candidates of 2014 candidates have been allotted in the second phase for 2500 seats in Sitapur. In Kushinagar, 2220 in 1935, 2450 in Hardoi in 1888, 2100 in Bandayoon in 1829 and 1716 out of 2100 in Lakhimpur.
