Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the results of Combined State Engineering Services (General / Special Selection) Examination – 2017. Of these, 137605 candidates applied for 627 posts of general selection and 21 of special option 21 (for a total of 648 posts).

The Commission held a written examination on December 13 in Prayagraj, Agra, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur and Lucknow. 41% of the candidates have passed the examination. A total of 1284 candidates have been declared successful for the written examination. Interviews will be conducted from February 22nd. According to Secretary Jagdish, the test results are available on the Commission’s website uppsc.up.nic.in and the notice board of the Commission’s office. After the final selection results are announced, the results and the cutoff marks will be released on the Commission’s website.

The Secretary made it clear that the test result was purely formal. Therefore, applications under the RTI Act, 2005 cannot be accepted in this regard.
