Traditional Holi recipes with salt flakes: Holi festival is incomplete without color and gujia. It begins to make different gujiyas several days before the holi. Now you must have tasted Maui, Rave and Chocolate Gujia in Holi, but today let me tell you a new recipe of Guzia, Dahi Guzia. Let us know how this Holi Special is made.
Ingredients for making yoghurt guzia –
-200 g Urad Dal
-1/3 tbsp salt
-25-39 raisins
-1 tsp almond silver
-15 cashews, sliced
-2 Tbsp grated Khoya
-4 tbsp of oil
-4 cup yogurt
-Custom salt
-1 cup green chutney
-1 cup sweet chutney
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-2 tsp cumin
-2 tbsp chat spice
How to make yogurt Gujia
To make the yogurt guzia, first wash the lentils and set aside overnight. In the morning, remove the lens water and grind. Add a thick paste of lentils without adding water. Now remove the lens paste in a pot and whisk by hand. Gujia is ready to mix. Add cashews, raisins, khoya and almonds. Spread the damp cloth onto a straight plate and set the lentil mixture to equal the size of the lemon. Make a 2.5 – 3 inch flat disk and place the seeds in it and fold it up and flip it over to the side of the cloth. Heat the oil in the skillet and fry the gujiyas until they are brown on both sides.
Put the cotton cloth in the cloth and hang it for a while. Whisk yogurt and add salt to it. Take a deep pot and add salt to it. Now soak all the gujiyas in water. When the guzia begins to swim in the water after 15.20 minutes, take them out and squeeze the water by pressing lightly. Place the guziyah on the serving plate with the mozzarella. Spread the green chutney and sweet chutney and add the roasted cumin, red chilli powder, black salt and chat masala.
