RPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment: The RPAC has eliminated the release of Assistant Professor (College Education) recruitment exams, but thousands of youths in the state are unable to fulfill their dream of becoming an assistant professor. The state government has not conducted a state level qualifying test (SET) for the past seven years. It is very difficult to pass the Central Level Eligibility Test (NET). Especially for commercial students. In such a situation, thousands of young assistant professors in the state are waiting for the exam to be scheduled before the hiring process.

Appointment to 918 posts two years later
After about 2 years, the Rajasthan Government has appointed 918 posts of Assistant Professor (College Education) in the College Education Department. It is mandatory to have a NET or slate / set to sit for this recruitment exam. The NTA tests NET twice a year. Previously, a state-level set of tests had been conducted, but not after 2013-14. In this situation, about 40,000 candidates could not get set certificates.

The RPSC was scheduled to perform
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission conducted a set test for 2013-14. For this, a separate set office was established in the Commission. Set tests were conducted for 29 subjects. In 2013-14, the Commission wrote to the government demanding that the test be done by some other agency because of overwork. Since then, no set test has been conducted in the state. The state government has not restricted the RPSC or any other agency to conduct the test for the set. Today, the government’s sluggish performance has led to thousands of young assistant professors being excluded from the recruitment test.
