Chandigarh: Former CBI director and former Governor of Nagaland Ashwani Kumar commits suicide by hanging.

Ashwani’s body was found in Shimla’s residence on Wednesday. A death note was found at the spot and seized by the police. I’m so bored of life on Death Note. According to police sources, Ashwani wrote that the decision was taken.

Ashwani had gone for a walk before committing suicide. Ashwani’s corpse was found in God’s room in the house. His wife, son and daughter were on the ground floor of the house, police said.

SP Shimla Mohit, speaking to media, said the case was being investigated by police. The exact cause will be known only after the post-mortem report, he said.

It is being said that Ashwani suffered from depression for a few days. But this is not confirmed by their families. Yet all dimensions of incident relatedness will be investigated. Ashwani, who had come for a walk in the evening, had gone to the chamber of God to pray. The DGP explained that Ashwani’s corpse was found when the family went to the chambers of God, who were worried when they had not returned for some time.

Ashwani served as DGP in Himachal Pradesh from August 2006 to July 2008. Ashwani served as Governor of Nagaland from 2013 to 2014.
