The government made these orders of the states
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is advising states that the fitness, permits, driving licenses, registration and other documents expiring on February 1, 2020 are now valid until 20 June 2021. The ministry said that this was the last suggestion and that the state governments should implement the suggestion without causing any public disturbance.
The deadline is higher than before

Because of this, the government decided to increase the deadline
Explain that the government has taken this decision to prevent the spread of coronary epidemic. This is because there are many cases of driving license, vehicle registration and fitness certificates pending at the RTO office of all cities of the country. In such a situation, the Highway Ministry understands the problems of the people. The validity of major vehicle records, such as driving license, vehicle registration and fitness certificate, has been extended to 30 June 2021.
