Ingredients for potato chela-
-2-3 grated raw potatoes
-2 green chillies
Beat the chopped coriander
– 4 tbsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp desi ghee
-Santa salt to taste
How to Make Potato Cheela-
To make the potato chela, first combine the grated potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and salt in a pot. Now heat the pan and add 1 tbsp desi ghee. After this, put the potato mixture into a hot griddle with the help of a spoon and spread the mixture into a round shape with a thickness of about ½ cm on the pan. Otherwise Cheela may break. Now cook the cheela on both sides until golden brown. Your potato chela is ready. You can serve this fruit chela with fasting chutney or mozzarella.
