Ingredients for making spinach
-250 g mutton
-25 g fenugreek
-75 grams of soy
-500 g spinach
-2 onion (finely chopped)
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– One and a half teaspoons of red chilli powder
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-Antisi (12 raw chili peppers and 7 sprouts garlic)
-150 ml of oil
Salt to taste

Method of preparation of spinach
To make spinach, first heat the oil in the cooker and fry the onion. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste and fry.
