Rajasthan government minister asks CEM Ashok Gehlot to postpone REET examination

Rajasthan’s Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Minister Lal Chand Kataria wrote to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday, informing him of the sentiments of the Jain community and demanding that Mahaveer Jayanti not conduct tests on April 25. In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister with a memorandum by the Rajasthan Samagra Yuva Parishad, the minister in charge of the Ajmer district demanded the formation of the Jain Welfare Council and representation of the Jain community. He has urged them not to conduct tests on Mahaveer Jayanti.

It is noteworthy that the Rajasthan Proud Secondary Education Board has completed all the preparations for the exams on April 25, the day of Ajmer Mahavir Jayanti. Board Chairman Dr. D.P. Jaroli is not in favor of continuing the Riot test, focusing on the future of children and the corona environment.

Jaroli had said a few days ago that the REET test would be held on the scheduled schedule on April 25. This is because there are no Sundays before and after the exam. In such a situation, the board has no choice but to host the reit on April 25th. He said that the examination centers for the REIT are almost certain.
