Motorola will launch its new smartphone series, the Edge 20, on August 5th. Under the series, the company will be launching two smartphones, the Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro. Earlier this month, both smartphones spotted the model numbers XT2143-1 and XT2153-1 at TENAA. Today, the company has confirmed that it will launch its Edge 20 series in China at 7:30 pm on August 5.

According to TENA Listing and tipster Evan Blass, the Moto Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro come with a 108-megapixel primary camera. According to the company’s official poster, the camera offered on Moto’s phones is 108 megapixels.

120Hz refresh rate and 32MP front camera
On both upcoming smartphones, the company will offer a 6.67-inch full HD + OLED display, which will come with a 120Hz refresh rate. As for the selfie camera, the 32 megapixel selfie camera can be found in the Edge 20 series. In the Edge 20 series, the company can offer a triple rear camera setup.
Edge 20 Pro Telephoto Lens with 3x Zoom
The primary rear camera found on both phones is 108 megapixels. In addition, the Edge 20 can offer an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens and 5x optical zoom. At the same time, the same camera setup can be seen on the Edge 20 Pro, but the telephoto lens offered in it supports 3x optical zoom.

Up to 12GB of RAM and Snapdragon processor
The Edge 20 series of smartphones can come with up to 12GB and up to 512GB of internal storage. As for the processor, the company offers the Snapdragon 778G on the Edge 20 and the Snapdragon 870 chipset on the Edge 20 Pro. Speaking of OS, according to leaked reports, the Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro will come with pre-installed Android 11 OS.
Fingerprint sensor and fast charging on display
The phone is expected to get more than 4000 mAh of battery life. In addition, both the Edge 20 series smartphones come with an in-display fingerprint sensor, fast charging and a dedicated Google Assistant button.
