According to The Guardian, 31-year-old Nguyen Ngos Manh was sitting in his car to deliver the package at five o’clock on Sunday evening, when he saw a child hanging tight on the 12th floor and a woman shouting. He immediately got out of the car and rushed to save the girl. He went to a nearby building to rescue the fallen girl.
