Terms and conditions for changing details
First, let us tell you that Air India’s offer does not apply to tickets offered on the Air India website and mobile app. A change in travel date applies to all tickets issued on or before 30 June 2021 with the current travel date. Travelers who have already received a free change under any exemption can use this option to avail the additional benefits of the change.

Travelers can re-book for new dates depending on the validity of existing tickets. In addition, the free change option is being offered regardless of the ticket purchase date. If the passenger decides to change the zone, the resettlement fee is waived only once, while other charges apply.
