The second phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 will start in the UAE from September 19. Before that, a good news for IPL teams is coming out. In fact, Cricket Australia has given its players the NOC to play in the second phase of IPL 2021. That means the remaining 31 matches in the UAE are smooth for players like Glenn Maxwell, Steve Smith and Pat Cummins. The BCCI decided to postpone the IPL on May 4.
According to ‘Cricket.com.au’, Cricket Australia has allowed kangaroo players to play in the remaining 31 matches of the IPL 2021. Recently, the Bangladesh Cricket Board gave Shakeeb Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rehman a chance to play in the second leg of the IPL 2021. Players like Glenn Maxwell, David Warner and Marcus Stoinis once again show their strength in the IPL. Maxwell’s performance during the season was excellent when playing for RCB in the IPL. However, Warner certainly seemed to struggle with his form. As the remaining 31 matches of the IPL play out, Australia’s players will miss the home session.

The second leg of the IPL 2021 will start with a match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. The first match of the tournament will be held on September 19 and the final will be on October 15. The T20 World Cup will start from October 17 after the IPL is over. Mumbai and Chennai have reached the UAE for the remaining 31 matches of the IPL. Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Raina have also reached the UAE.
