According to reports, Indian smartphone maker Lava will now make handsets for other companies. In fact, the famous brand Nokia has already partnered with Lava Mobile to manufacture its handset. At the same time, according to a recent report, Motorola is also making a similar deal with Lava. Explain that Motorola is a subsidiary brand of the Chinese company Lenovo.

Not only that, another telecom company can also make mobile with lava. According to an Economic Times report, negotiations between Lava and the telecom company have reached pre-emptive levels. It is a co-branded smartphone, although the telecom company will pay the cost. This will significantly reduce the cost of 4G devices.

Telecom companies will sell smartphones
Major telecom companies Reliance Jio and Airtel tell us that smartphones are also on sale. There will also be discounts, shopping benefits and a year’s worth of screen protection when buying their phones. With their bundled smartphones, both companies plan to bring feature phones or 2G users to smartphones.

Increased lava production
Lava plans to partner with companies that can share the supply chain. According to the report, Lava is looking for partners for the supply chain and is making smartphones for Nokia. Sources told ET, “Lava wants to use their supply chain with companies outside of India’s ecosystem.” Lava has expanded its production capacity to 30 million smartphones and 45 million feature phones.
