Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said on Wednesday that the central government is fully prepared to address farmers’ concerns once again. Explaining agricultural laws in the interests of farmers, he said that these were implemented after a long wait. It is learned that a large number of farmers are agitating against the recently enacted agricultural laws of the central government.

Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said, “I appeal to the farmers that the law is in their best interests and that all reforms have been implemented after a long time.” But, if they have any problem, the government is ready to solve their problems. “The government will hold talks with farmer leaders again tomorrow (Thursday),” he said. The minister of agriculture said that no matter what comes up at the meeting, what can be disposed of and where the legal side of it can be seen, the direction of any decision will be determined thereafter.

At the same time, Union Finance Minister Anurag Thakur described agriculture laws as being of interest to farmers. Thakur said some troops were misleading the farmers. He said, “We have given the farmer brothers the power to sell crops in the market and if you wish, you can sell the crop to any person outside the market.

Central government calls for special session

On the other hand, farmers have demanded that the Center should call a special session of Parliament to repeal the new agricultural laws. Farmers’ leader Darshan Singh said, “We will continue our agitation until all three agricultural laws are repealed.” The protesting farmers say that if the government does not revoke all three agricultural laws, we will block more roads in Delhi.
