Basu and composer Pream have worked together for the song and the ‘Barfi’ filmmakers have a special reason to be close to the heart of both ‘Hardim Hamdam’.
According to the makers of ‘Ludo’, the filmmaker immediately loved the song and decided to use it in his next film, as the song composer asked Basu to sing the song before the ‘Ludo’ script.
When ‘Ludo’ happened, Basu asked Preham to complete the song. The couple had wanted to try this music school for a long time, so when the script of the film was ready, Basam finished the song and asked Basu to listen to it. When the music producer and composer Bhushan Kumar heard the song, it became his instant favorite. According to an official statement, they decided to go with this particular track that sounded as fresh as Basu had heard it a couple of years ago.
A contemporary, disturbing song with Arijit Singh’s vocals and lyrics by Saeed Quadri, it is a beautiful montage that propels the story and brings the three narratives together. With the charm of the old world, the sweet and soothing ‘Hardam Hamdam’ will be out soon.
